LuckyHorse.asia was founded by De Leeuwinnen Co..
De Leeuwinnen means "The Lionesses".The Lion is used in the weapon of The Netherlands. Us being two ladies we wanted to use the female version. Lionesses are fearless, loyal and use their instincts to work together.
OUR BACKGROUND
We want to share our love for The Netherlands and our love for Taiwan. This by making it able for owner in Asia to use our expertise about horse in many different ways.

Prize and Experience
Prize -
1981 - 2015
Placed and won countless times on pony and horse competition, either Dressage or show jumping or eventing.
1996 - 2000
She won twice County Championships of Drenthe in The Netherlands.
2002 - 2012
She won 3 times Gold Medal and 3 times Bronze Medal in County Championships of Drenthe in The Netherlands.

Experience -
The Netherlands
1970 - Born at a small farm in a village in the northern part of The Netherlands.
1979 - After moving to yet another bigger farm she got her first pony, Hackney.
1980 - Got her second pony. She was bigger than Hackney. Her name was Karin. She got 3 foals in the 4 years Marjan had her.
1984 - Got her third pony. Hackney and Karin were gone because she got too tall for them. The new pony was Tarnado.
1987 - Her father died when she was 17. This made a big impact on her life.
England
1989 - After finishing college she packed her suitcase and went to England for 2 years. Working on various stables but all show jumping.
The Netherlands
1992 - After returning from England she took a course in teaching/riding and graduated No. 3 out of 15.
1993 - Worked with the young stallions in the KNHS center for their 70 days test for approval.
Japan
1993 - After this she went to Japan for 15 months to work in a theme park. There she learned to drive horses.
Australia / New Zealand
1995 - After returning she worked again with the young stallions in the KNHS center for 70 days again. Finishing this she once again packed her bag to go backpacking for a year in Australia/New Zealand. Doing various jobs with horses again. Like cow and sheep herding.
The Netherlands
1996 - Time for serious work again. She started working in a professional dressage yard as stable rider. She did many competition, she won several times County Championships. Also did the maintenance of the 3 arena’s
2000 - as the stable terminated after a serious fall from her boss she went to a stable with brood mares, foals, young stock and stallions for breeding. Here she trained the young horses and the stallions. Here she also started to teach dressage more to students.
2001 - worked for 6 months at a famous selling stable, Johan Heins, for show jumpers. First to groom because his groom had had an accident but soon training his horses flatwork. This every workday morning and than teach h students and train horses in the afternoon/evening.
2002 - started her own stable. Having 4 to 5 training/competition horses in her stable and have her own brood mare, who gave she six foals before she sold her, and no staff she had to do everything. Cleaning stables, training, feeding, putting them in paddocks/fields, washing and preparing them for competitions, teach her students, maintenance of the arena, etc etc. In these10 years she brought more than 20 horses to Z level or higher with Orlando being the highest level in Prix st George.
2012 - Because the owner of her stable decided to sell the farm she decided to concentrate more on teaching. Also at that time she got a part time job at a driving stable very close to her home. Here she had to do dressage with the horses so they could perform better in front of the carriage.
Taiwan
2016 - got an offer to go to Taiwan for 6 weeks as a trainer/coach in a stable in Taipei. They asked she to return which she did in August of 2016. After a fall end of January 2017, she had a bad landing, this resulting in a collapsed lung and 5 broken ribs. This landing turns things sweet to sour.
2017 - She came back and aim for making positive contributions. To those any looks for quality and service.
